On the one hand, there is the company with its in-depth knowledge of products, product development processes, technologies and, of course, customers.<\/p>\n<p>On the other hand, there are external specialists who, for example, have a comprehensive understanding of the aftermarket and in-depth marketing expertise. In my view, bringing these two teams &#8211; internal and external &#8211; together is a crucial key to success.
