My project work focuses on the establishment, expansion and management of sales, marketing and service organisations in the B2B sector.
I work on the active (further) development of business models, structures, processes and people in the after-market and retail, and with OEMs. My knowledge ideally comes into its own when dealing with technically complex products in the mechanical engineering, automotive, electrical engineering sectors and in the HVAC industry.
As a proven sales specialist, I also bring to the table my generalist approach to the overall issue. I have therefore acquired far-reaching expertise in company management, both nationally and internationally. My highly developed intercultural expertise – especially in the Asian region – assists me greatly in this.
