I am able to align teams to a common goal and motivate everyone to deliver their best performance, at the same time considering the strengths of the individual team members and maximising them as best as possible for our common success.
As part of my constructive management approach, I define targets jointly with teams and employees, giving each person ample individual freedom at the same time as delegating responsibility. Setting incentives, involving people and getting them on board – for me, people are the key to lasting business success. I therefore attach great importance to jointly defining optimum structures and workflows so that everyone is able to work successfully in the long term.
