The interaction between internal departments and external specialists is particularly important in the interim business, as two worlds have to come together here. On the one hand, there is the company with its in-depth knowledge of products, product development processes, technologies and, of course, customers.
On the other hand, there are external specialists who, for example, have a comprehensive understanding of the aftermarket and in-depth marketing expertise. In my view, bringing these two teams – internal and external – together is a crucial key to success. It is important to set up cross-functional teams at an early stage that complement each other, learn from each other and drive the project forward together.
