This involves the active (further) development of business models, structures, processes, and people in aftermarket, trade and at OEMs. I can optimally apply my knowledge when it comes to technically complex products in the mechanical engineering, automotive, and electrical engineering sectors, as well as in the areas of heating/air conditioning/sanitation.
As a proven sales specialist, I also bring a generalist’s view of the whole picture. I have also developed extensive expertise in corporate management at a national and international level. My pronounced intercultural competence – especially in the Asian region – helps me here.
