I act and think entrepreneurially – my approach is both analytical and strategic. I develop a vision, strategy and goals on this basis – and simultaneously demonstrate the path to success.

My generalist approach allows me to retain an overview at all times – and at the same time consider the customer’s perspective. I always consider tasks from different angles and weigh up the options. This enables me to categorise factors, such as establishing, efficiently configuring and organising optimum structures, processes and workflows for my clients. I strive for continuous improvement on their behalf.

I am highly appreciative of the people in any organisation. I maintain contact with the people in the company, am open to suggestions and criticism, get involved and make myself accessible in situ. As a networker I promote discussion and demand top performance.

Confident on the international stage

I live an open, team-orientated and optimistic management culture. From the shop floor to the top floor – I maintain contact with all employees, management and stakeholders – both nationally and internationally.

Thanks to my many years of international experience, I am able to quickly build and lead multicultural teams. I can unite teams around a common goal and motivate everyone to perform at their best. In doing so, I take into account the strengths of the individual team members and can utilise these in the best possible way for joint success.

As part of my constructive leadership, I define goals together with teams and employees, give individuals a lot of individual freedom and delegate responsibility. Incentivising, involving and involving people – for me, people are the key to sustainable business success. I therefore attach great importance to jointly defining optimal structures and processes so that everyone can work successfully in the long term.
