Due to my many years of international experience, I am quickly able to build and lead multicultural teams. I can get teams excited about the common goal and motivate everyone to achieve top performance. In doing so, I take into account the strengths of the individual team members and can use them in the best possible way for joint success.

As part of my constructive leadership, I define goals together with teams and employees, leave the individual a great deal of individual freedom, and delegate responsibility. Setting incentives, involving and taking people along – for me, people are the key to sustainable business success. I, therefore, attach great importance to defining optimal structures and processes together so that everyone can work successfully in the long term.
